Dear friends, the 11/12 September 2026 in Milan Italy, will take place the HAND-TO-HAND EUROPEAN Championship 2026, organized by the Italian Federation of Hand to Hand Fighting.

Weight and Registration process will be held the 11th September 2026 from 17.00 in each NATIONAL TEAM LOCATION once in Milan.

During registration prepare documents such: Medical Insurance, Medical Certification and Passport or ID CARD.

Two decades is a significant milestone. During these years, the International Federation has come a long way: hundreds of tournaments have been held; the Asian, European, African, and Pan-American Federations have been established; and 64 countries have joined the Federation.

Achievements on the world stage are not just medals and trophies; they are well-deserved recognition of fortitude, honor, and skill; they represent champions and masters of sport; they represent the hard work of countless people (athletes and coaches, organizers and managers, partners and sponsors) who deeply care about the development of our sport!

New heights await us: the popularization of hand-to-hand fighting sport among children and adults, women and men, the expansion of tournaments, and the strengthening of the international sports fraternity.

🇪🇺 European Hand-to-Hand Fighting Seminar – Milan, November 1–2, 2025 🇮🇹

We are thrilled to announce that Milan will host the European Hand-to-Hand Fighting Seminar, an official event recognized by the Hand-to-Hand Fighting International Federation (HSIF), organized in collaboration with the Italian Federation of Hand-to-Hand Fighting Sports and CSEN – National Educational Sports Center.

📍 Location: PalaBarona, Via Ettore Ponti 13, Milan

This seminar offers a unique opportunity for athletes, coaches, and referees from across Europe to train, exchange experiences, and improve their skills, focusing on three key areas:

- 🛡️ Self-Defense – practical applications for personal protection

- ⚖️ Referee Training – education and updates for competition officials

An event that combines sport, martial culture, and education, promoting the values of “Sport Popolare” and supporting the growth of Hand-to-Hand Fighting in Italy and across Europe.
